Bored and everything
Life is looking down for me right now.
It's all boring.. staying at home. And even if i do want to go out, i'm like short of cash.
Darn.
Had to wake up early in the morning for soccer today. I know that i had to work out... but didn't really play much as there were really a lot of teams. So my morning was wasted.
On a brighter perspective, i actually bought new specs. Black rimmed plastic specs, similar to my sec 1 specs.
Well... i sincerely wanted to post about taiwan, but i have 600 photos in my camera, and another 500 in my bro's camera. Please do undertsand. I'm kinda having not much patience nowadays.
But i can say that, taiwan has been a wonderful trip. I've seen sceneries that can't be found in singapore, weather that is as cold as 2 degress celcius, tribe dances which actually seems nice to me... etc. Most importantly, the people there are very polite and well-mannered. Will touch up on that soon.
I leant something in taiwan. I found out that singaporeans take dusbins for granted. Do you know that dusbins and trash cans are very scarce in taiwan? But look at the streets there.. it's so clean! And the public toilets are as clean as hotel toilets. This reflects on singaporeans' bad habits. They don't take dusbins seriously, and expect sweepers to do their job to keep singapore clean. Some even have the fucking cheek to say that they are giving singapore sweepers something to do. I had to look for dusbin for 20 mins at taiwan just to split out my chewing gum there... but in singapore, dusbins are everywhere, but litter are also everywhere.
I hope singaporeans do something about it. And also maintain the toilets clean.. singaporeans don't clean up after they use the toilet. They don't take the initiative to wipe the toilet bowl clean after they " miss the target". Singaporeans just heck care, and let the next user do the cleaning.
When i say Singaporeans, i mean MOST singaporeans, not all :)
So that's something i'd like to share during my trip to taiwan. :)
End of post.
