Watched this movie recently... starring brandon lee, bruce lee's deceased son. The movie is, in short, kick ass.



The movie has some cliche parts, but who cares? The movie is stylish, cool, and really dark. I haven't read the comic strip, but i can sure tell you that the whole setting of the movie is awesome. Reminds me of dark knight and batman begins. It's a dark, crime-filled city, full of sins. And Brandon Lee is totally awesome in it, portraying the man who is raised from the dead to avenge himself and his fiancee.

Does anybody sense the resemblance of Brandon's Lee to Heath Ledger?




I think there's a slight resemblance there. Whatever. Not the main point here. Main Point is that the movie is really worth watching. I was really skeptical at first when I know it's Bruce Lee's son acting in it. I meant no offense to Bruce Lee, but Bruce Lee's acting wasn't exactly impressive, but he sure can fight on screen! So what i expected was the similar mould of acting skills. But of course, i was proven wrong. Brandon Lee was outstanding in that film.

Did you know that Brandon Lee died on the set of The Crow? Although he died, the crew still managed to complete it. Brandon Lee's death definitely gave a little eerie feeling to the film.

Second left of the whole row is the director, Kelvin Sng. The film's site is this cool shit site, it's a short film prelude to the whole film. Shoot just ended yesterday at 5.30 am. Regretted not staying till 5.30, heard there was beer for the wrap-up party. Damn.

I'm fine, thanks for asking. Results were really good for my expectations, and I'm working as an internship for Kelvin Sng's short film. http://www.morethanwords.ksp.sg/  I'm delighted how things are working out for me. You know, I'm really happy my interest in film never wavered.


Been watching this show recently, called The Big Bang Theory. Similar to "How I Met Your Mother". Sitcom. Pretty hilarious.

 























Simple plot: A woman who moves into an apartment next door to two brilliant but socially awkward physicists shows them how little they know about life outside of the laboratory.


What i feel about the show is that it has lots and lots of awkward moments, also delivered with good dialogue. I wonder if the creator of the show is a scientist himself, actually. The characters will talk a whole lot of science shit and you won't understand a shit.

This is Children Of Men, movie by Alfonso Cuaron. This is my first time watching his work, and I must say it's really good.

Plot Summary: Set in 2027, when no child has been born for 18 years and science is at loss to explain the reason, African and East European societies collapse and their dwindling populations migrate to England and other wealthy nations. In a climate of nationalistic violence, a London peace activist turned bureaucrat Theo Faron, joins forces with his revolutionary ex-wife Julian in order to save mankind by protecting a woman who has mysteriously became pregnant. Written by Ryan Devlin


I feel that the movie is a gem, as it is portrayed with so much reality and conflicts in it. The actors are brilliant, cinematography even better. It has a nod for cinematography for the Oscar, only losing out to Pan's Labyrinth. Movie is really well written, and it is definitely 2 hours of your time.

Okay the performance I'll show you guys is by 4 people, including World Idol Kurt Nilsen. Yes... World Idol. Kurt Nilsen is the WORLD IDOL, beating the likes of Kelly Clarkson. Wonderful singer.

Although he doesn't have the looks, to be honest, he has a adorable aura around him, making him likeable. His voice is really strong, that you wouldn't expect it.

Okay. Time to revialise this site!

As you all know, I'm really into movies, so I'll dedicate this blog to introduce nice movies to y'all. Ever seen the movies "Kill Bill"? Or " Pulp Fiction"? Okay. That director of those movies it Quentin Tarantino.

Okay... That would be him.
This guy used to work in a video rental store. And now he's a legend director.



Alright so I watched one of his films recently. His first big film. He was then unknown, but this film was literally a bomb, bring in great reviews. So yes, I BRING YOU


RESERVOIR DOGS.



One of his best films for me.

It's really one of those days that you feel that you haven't accomplished much in life, and that you're too fucking young to die. In fact, I've literally accomplished nothing yet, nothing that would make myself ACTUALLY proud.

If only i can fast forward time to the future to see what I would be. But then, why would I do that? If I did that, then my time on earth would be wasted just because of my impatience with myself and time. These are some of the great dilemmas I think about.

We all try to avoid these reality shit sometimes by thinking about other stuffs, you know, distracting one-self with other thoughts. But at last we still come face to face to these reality stuffs.

My recommendation: Don't think so much. Just live your life.

I don't usually like posting pictures on my blog... but when Torres and Carragher decided to look at my camera, It's really an exception.
